Reviews and Ratings
I had a great experience at the Quality Inn in Albuquerque. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Paul at the front desk. My only complaint would be the bug I found in the room and the occasional noise from the hallway. Overall, it was a lovely stay with excellent amenities and a fantastic location near the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.
The hotel served its purpose for a quick overnight stay, being conveniently located near my destination. I appreciated the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, but there were several maintenance issues that need attention. The breakfast was decent but could use more variety. Despite the problems, the price was fair for the quality provided.
The hotel has a few ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were mostly clean and I found mine pretty comfortable. However, I encountered some cleanliness issues with the bedspread and bathroom that really took away from the experience. The breakfast was decent, but the atmosphere felt a bit sketchy, especially for solo travelers.
I had a great getaway night at this hotel where the Zia suite room was surprisingly spacious for just $85. The kids loved the pool and Jacuzzi, and I appreciated the relaxed check-out time. The staff was awesome and responsive to any questions or requests. However, I did notice a few areas needing improvement, such as some scuff marks on the walls and a dirty chair in the room.
The hotel has a convenient location right off I-25, making it easy to access. While the room was clean and comfortable enough for a night, I felt quite unsettled by the lack of parking lot security, which overshadowed the overall experience. The staff were friendly and willing to help, but the security issue is a significant concern for anyone staying here. The breakfast options weren't ideal, but the standout was definitely the welcoming service from staff.
